OPEN CALL VÖRÅ

In the lead-up to Eurovision in Basel, Vörå municipality is hosting a week featuring music and cultural stages from May 12th to 17th. The week is supported by the Finland-Swedish foundations: Svenska Kulturfonden, HSS-stiftelsen, Ehrsstiftelsen, and Vörå Sparbanksstiftelse.

Apply to perform at Vörå’s Eurovision Week live program from May 12–17, 2025! We are looking for artists and bands to play on various stages around the municipality throughout the week, but are especially seeking live music for the events leading up to the semi-final and final, which will be held at Norrvalla. Artists such as Josefine Siren and the OBO big band have already been booked. The open call application is open until May 4th, 2025, and selected bands and artists will be notified no later than May 7th, 2025.
We offer a fee of 200€ per person. Travel expenses will be reimbursed for those traveling more than 100 km.

Please note that each band’s total compensation (fee + travel) must be invoiced as one consolidated invoice.
