KAJ-tour 16.5

The KAJ Tour: Welcome to the Village!  16.5.2025

Have you ever wondered where the places mentioned in KAJ’s song “Kom ti byin” actually are? Join us on the KAJ Tour and discover them all with a guide. This is a 7-hour day trip with guiding available in Swedish/Finnish/English.  

We depart from Vaasa City Hall (Senaatinkatu, Vaasa) at 12.00 and travel to Komossa via Vörå. You can also board the bus at Norrvalla in Vörå at 12.40. In Komossa, we take a break for coffee and Tosca cake at Skåolan. The journey continues to Oravais, where we see the sea and experience the historical Corporal’s Residence, where we’ll enjoy Kenny’s delicious salmon soup. Satisfied and full, we continue via Palvis to Maxmo, where we get to experience even more of the places KAJ sings about. 

We end our tour at Tottesund Manor, where you’ll have the chance to relax in the manor sauna, explore the estate, and of course – enjoy a KAJ pastry! Perhaps we’ll even catch a glimpse of the famous White Lady?  

We return via Vörå and arrive back in Vaasa around 19.00.
