Vörå ski center

The Vörå Ski Center offers a variety of high-quality ski trails suitable for all ages. The availability of artificial snow extends the season. The center also features a slalom slope, a ski jump, and for the youngest visitors, a shorter ski trail in the stadium area, as well as a sledding hill.

NOTE! Firewood is now available at the grilling area by the ski cabin.

Artificial Snow Track

The artificial snow track at Vörå Ski Center is in good condition – welcome! ❄️

The track is 2.4 km long and suitable for exercise.

Passes can be purchased at K-Market Vörå, Vöråvägen 6.
It is possible to pay for tickets (excluding family pass and youth pass) for the artificial snow track with TYKY, Smartum benefits, or e-Passi.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 PM to 8 PM
Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM

The changing rooms are open during the ski slope's opening hours.

Children under 7 years with a helmet and accompanied by a skiing adult ride for free.

It is possible to pay for lift passes and rental of skiing equipment with TYKY, Smartum benefits, or e-Passi. Tickets can be purchased at the ski center and at K-Market, Vörå, Vöråvägen 6.

For the third and subsequent passes per family -50%

Backsmart

Backsmart is an initiative where volunteer adults supervise and ensure that the rules are followed, so that everyone can feel safe on the ski slope during public opening hours. As a volunteer, you ski for free, but you commit to maintaining order and speaking up if rules are broken.

Would you like to join? You can pick up your Backsmart vest at the ski slope 🎿

Practical information:

- You wear the Backsmart vest (available at the skirental), and with it you also ski for free that day/evening.

- Always write your name on the list at the skirental – if something happens, it’s important for us to know who has been on site.

- You should be prepared to step in and speak up when something prohibited occurs (e.g., fights in the lift line, unsafe behavior, etc.) and support or help anyone who needs assistance.

- If you do not carry out your duties, the staff has the right to require you to pay for your lift pass.

- Our aim is to have two adults each evening when the slope is open. No registration is required; simply write your name on the list at the skirental. If it happens that two adults are already present when you arrive, you are warmly welcome another time.
