Hiking trails
Our hiking trails offer nature-filled experiences for both beginners and seasoned hikers, with paths winding through forests, coastal landscapes, and valleys. Along the way, you'll get not just exercise and fresh air, but also a glimpse into the area’s rich culture and history.
Here you'll find both child-friendly beaches with shallow water and more secluded spots for peace and quiet. Whether you're looking for a quick swim, a full day with the family, or a picnic in the evening sun, there's something for everyone.

There are three disc golf courses of varying difficulty in Vörå: Vörå DiscGolfPark (A1), the Maxmo disc golf course (B1) and the Norrvalla disc golf course (C1).

In the area at Norrvalla, there is a climbing wall, a gym, as well as an outdoor gym and an obstacle course (2 km).

Vörå is a brilliant place to go geocaching. There are at least 300 geocaches here.
Kvarken4seasons offers kayak rentals on Västerö in the Maxmo Archipelago. Rent a kayak for a few hours, a full day, or longer. We are also mobile and can transport the kayaks to your preferred starting point in the Maxmo Archipelago. Contact us for more information.
You need to have some paddling experience to rent the kayaks independently.
