Tallkotten

Tallkotten is a new daycare center in Oravais that values multiculturalism. The daycare is bilingual, and both languages can be heard in all departments. There is a strong focus on the joy of language, the joy of movement, and social relationships. Right next to the daycare, there is a forest, ski trails, and a sledding hill. The preschool, which is also part of Tallkotten, is located a few hundred meters away at Oravais school.

Tallkotten has seven departments, five of which are located on Malmvägen: Nyckelpigan, Bikupan, Myrstacken, Trollsländan, and Hämähäkki. 
The preschools are located at Oravais school: the Swedish-speaking Ugglorna and the Finnish-speaking Huuhkajat.
